We can provide, tree inventories, Tree Works Schedules, Health and Safety audits, so vital in today’s litigious society, development site tree surveys and individual tree inspections (VTA). Where necessary climbing inspections can be carried out to identify and measure defects which can not be viewed at ground level.  

Subsidence Appraisals
Trees are often implicated in building subsidence claims with only partial or inconclusive evidence. CBA Consultants are able to make an expert assessment of the information provided, liaise with all parties involved and provide reports on the relevance and implications of the evidence provided,identifying other work required to prove or disprove the case.
